Description du poste Nous recherchons, pour la rentrée prochaine en alternance, un(e) étudiant(e) qui accompagnera le service RH sur les missions suivantes : Gestion de l’intérim : recueil des besoins auprès des managers après validation de la Direction, passation des commandes, collecte des documents obligatoires (CACES, visites médicales), intégration des intérimaires, enregistrement des demandes d’achat, vérification des contrats, suivi et saisie des heures, suivi comptable, mise à jour des tableaux de bord et gestion des délais de carence. Administration de l’outil de gestion des temps : création et mise à jour des profils, délivrance des badges, traitement des anomalies, contrôle et fiabilisation des données, gestion des absences. Mise à jour et conformité des panneaux d’affichage : veille régulière à la présence et à l’actualisation des documents réglementaires obligatoires. Suivi des accidents du travail et maladies professionnelles (AT/MP) et gestion des affiliations mutuelle et prévoyance. Gestion et suivi des dossiers des prestataires de services, avec mise à jour semestrielle des documents administratifs. Application et suivi de la politique de transport en vigueur au sein de l’entreprise. Participation à l’animation de la politique de Qualité de Vie au Travail (QVT), ainsi qu’au suivi des formations et des stagiaires. Gestion administrative du service RH : traitement du courrier entrant et sortant, classement, archivage (PeopleDoc), et organisation documentaire. Gestion des commandes de fournitures pour le service.
