Principales activités Après une période de compréhension de la culture d’entreprise de la Maison, de son organisation et des métiers de la maroquinerie, vous prenez en charge chaque mission de recrutement :  Définition et mise en place du sourcing le plus approprié : relations acteurs locaux, diffusion d’annonce, plan de communication, participation à des forum, …  Traitement des candidatures et organisation des premières étapes du recrutement en partenariat avec les équipes recrutement interne et externe (France Travail spécifiquement)  Préparation et participation aux journées de recrutement au sein de l’école.  Animation et amélioration de reporting de suivi des candidatures, quantitatifs et qualitatifs  Gestion de l’accueil dans des conditions optimales des futurs collaborateurs : contrat, dossier d’embauche et suivi de l’intégration.
