This role plays a key part in talent acquisition, orientation/onboarding, and HR operations, supporting leaders and employees across the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and committed to delivering a positive employee experience from first contact through onboarding and beyond. Position Summary The Human Resources Coordinator supports and executes core HR functions including recruitment, hiring, new employee orientation and onboarding, payroll and benefits support, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. This position works closely with leadership and department managers to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and compliant employment lifecycle.
