What You Bring * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. * 4+ years of progressive HR experience in the healthcare industry. * Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills—you know how to speak “operations” and build trust fast. * Proven ability to coach leaders, handle sensitive employee matters, and influence outcomes. * Experience with Workday and a solid understanding of federal and state labor laws. * Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. * Willingness and enthusiasm to travel regularly—50–75% road and air travel, including 3–4 on-site facility visits weekly.
