What You’ll Do: Review, formulate and maintain HR policies, procedures & procedures in compliance with requirements and best practice. Implement HR improvement activities to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify opportunities for HR innovations and continuous improvement. Support implementation of performance management frameworks that address skill gaps and promote career growth. Management payroll processing and employee benefits program. Attend to matters related to employee relations, disciplinary issues, grievance handling with professionalism and confidentiality. Promote positive workplace cultural through effective communication and relationship building program. Assist onboarding, offboarding and orientation processes to ensure seamless employee experience What We’re Looking For: Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or related field.
