General Job Summary: Under the general direction of the VP & CHRO, the Human Resources Generalist (HRG) is responsible for supporting and/or performing daily HR functions and activities, including Infinite Legacy leave administration, benefits, recruiting and wellness programs. The HRG will manage the onboarding/offboarding new hire process, employee relations, and various HR initiatives. The HRG will communicate and interact with Infinite Legacy team members and leadership on a daily basis, maintaining strict confidentiality and sensitivity. Position requires travel to Infinite Legacy regional offices. Education and Experience: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Organizational Development or related field; or 4 years of relevant human resources work experience and PHR/SHRM-CP certification required. 2. 2 years of relevant human resources work experience required. 3. Previous social media and/or marketing experience highly preferred.    Required Skills/Abilities:  * Demonstrated cross-cultural sensitivity and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds. * Clear understanding of employment laws and regulatory systems and requirements. * Demonstrated skills in Windows and Microsoft environment (using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Ability to travel to the regional offices, as needed. Duties/Responsibilities: 1. Support the recruitment team in the full cycle recruitment process, which includes sourcing candidates, Infinite Legacy employee referral program, communication with candidates and hiring managers, screening, and evaluating applicants, arranging interviews and making offers. May assist with tracking and reporting key metrics designed to measure and predict recruiting activity and quality of hire and talent acquisition and onboarding process.  2. Manages the onboarding, employee transfer or role change and off-boarding processes at Infinite Legacy. Manages the New Employee Orientation (NEO) and Donation University (DU) processes. May present the HR department information to new hires during orientation. 3. Assists the Benefits Coordinator with benefits enrollments, staff inquiries, worker’s compensation, disability insurance and FMLA leave requests. 4. Maintains employee lists to include the organization chart, Infinite Legacy employee composite, employee anniversary and birthday lists, and any other lists associated with the organization. 5. Responsible for emulating exceptional customer service in all facets of position including responding to employee and leadership requests in a professional, respectful, and timely manner.   6. Assists the Chief Human Resources Officer and the Talent Acquisition Manager in developing and implementing programs and initiatives focused on employee engagement, compensation, development, and retention. 7. Provides advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation. Help to enforce and interpret Infinite Legacy policies consistently and fairly. 8. Conducts background checks and pre-employment testing. 9. Develops, researches, recommends, and implements Human Resources policies, initiatives, and procedures with a focus of driving efficiency within the HR department and the organization and legal compliance. 10. Keeps abreast of trends and changes in HR legislation and makes recommendations to keep Infinite Legacy practices competitive in the market and in compliance with state and federal agencies.  11. Participates, supports, or leads special HR projects/activities such as the Infinite Legacy Wellness program, summer internship program, Donation University, simulation, professional development opportunities or other specialized programs. 12.
