Duties and Responsibilities: File, scan, and maintain confidential HR documents in both electronic and physical formats. Update and organize personnel filing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Upload candidate resumes and maintain applicant records in Paylocity. Assist with creating informational flyers and internal communications for HR initiatives and programs. Review and update HR forms and documents as directed. Support departmental projects and process improvement initiatives. Assist with data entry and the generation of HR reports. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
