SUMMARY

Schedules production within assigned departments to effectively meet on time delivery of customer requirements while maximizing departmental utilizations and efficiencies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Planning and analysis of weekly and daily schedules
• Monitor error reports / correct as required.
• Establish priorities of production requirements.
• Implement and monitor KANBAN components and measure compliance
• Analyze capacity to meet scheduled demand.
• Identify and resolve scheduling errors or deficiencies.
• Expedite exceptional requirements as needed.
• Know status of critical tools/machines.
• Establish operating procedures with supporting documentation as required.
• Familiarity with all aspects of material handling and shipping requirements.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
