Job Title: Physiotherapist

Location: Belmont

Company: Fletcher Physiotherapy

Job Type: Casual/Part-time (8-16 hours per week to start, with potential to build up to full-time)

About Us:

Fletcher Physiotherapy specialises in providing mobile physiotherapy services for clients with Home Care Packages (HCPs) and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) plans in Newcastle and the Central Coast. Our mission is to deliver personalised, high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their homes.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive physiotherapy services in a community setting, including assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation, tailored to the individual needs of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalised treatment plans.

- Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatment to clients in their homes.

- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

- Educate clients and their families on treatment options, exercises, and self-care strategies.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.

- Current AHPRA registration.

- Experience working in a community setting is essential.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

- Own car with valid insurance.

- Willingness to travel between Newcastle and the Central Coast.

- Valid driver's license.
