As an Optical Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personalised service: Assist patients in selecting eyewear that complements their lifestyle and vision needs.
• Supporting advanced care: Help with pre-testing and learn about our specialised services like Ortho-K and vision therapy.
• Managing transactions: Process health fund claims and ensure smooth financial operations.
• Collaborating with the team: Work closely with optometrists and colleagues to achieve practice goals.
• Embracing innovation: Learn new systems and stay up to date with industry advancements.
