Ensure the manager's schedule is aligned with local Field Researchers Data Quality & Production Oversight Daily review of the team’s production against KPI metrics. Review incoming data to determine its quality relative to standards and guidelines. Ensure the team meets both production and quality expectations. Collaboration & Fieldwork Communicate effectively and professionally with employees and internal partners to meet company objectives. Work closely with Tenant and Market Research teams. Spend time in the field with Field Researchers to demonstrate best practices for data collection, time management, and overall efficiency. Requires one week of travel to local markets monthly. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree required Experience: 3–5 years of direct operations management, preferably managing 5+ employees (virtual management is a plus).
