About The Role:
To accelerate the adoption of this game changing solution in Australia, we are seeking a customer focused Business Development Manager to drive REIP Nexus growth as the preferred data and technology partner for the real estate industry.
The Business Development Manager will execute sales strategies, business development, marketing, and sales support programmes to optimise market and customer engagement, and drive profitable revenue growth. You will be focused on converting and managing relationships with clients and industry partners across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the Valocity Nexus product and data sets across the real estate industry.
• Utilise industry knowledge and networks to identify new opportunities for ongoing growth and revenue.
• Development and execution of sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Support sales functions with product demonstrations.
• Commercially onboard customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our platform.
• Focus on customer loyalty by building and maintaining close long-term client relationships.
• Understand the industry and effectively communicate the REIP Nexus value proposition, technology and data analytics capabilities.
• Analyse pipeline and lead data, deliver periodic reporting to key stakeholders providing key business insights including pipeline forecast and trends, conversion rates, target customers, market segmentation and competitor analysis to ensure success.

Successful Applicant:

• High performing BDM with ability to develop strong business and relationships.
• Experience working in or selling to key businesses within the property sector in Australia as well as experience in software sales with an emphasis on SAAS.
• Experience in growing revenue and maintaining long term customer relationships.
• Should have a strategic outlook, with an ability to work with global management and senior stakeholders to accelerate growth.
• Strong maturity, influencing and negotiations skills with external and internal stakeholders.
• Detail oriented, proactive and agile to business changes and a team player willing take ownership where needed.
• Entrepreneurial problem solving mind-set with the ability to achieve results in a fast paced, rapid growth environment.
• Have impeccable integrity and high personal ethics
• Proven sales executive experience, meeting and exceeding targets.
• Proven ability to position products against competitors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
