The Gig Finance Business Partnering: Partner with functional leaders as a trusted advisor, translating financial performance into actionable insights. You’ll play a key role in shaping strategic and operational decisions by embedding financial thinking into day-to-day discussions and long-term planning. Commercial and Strategic Analysis: Deep-dive into growth initiatives, pricing, margins and new market opportunities. Assist in developing business cases for new product or partnerships, and help resource the bets that move the needle. Financial Planning & Analysis: Support an effective budgeting and forecasting process that aligns with company goals. Maintain a proactive outlook on cash flow, profitability and capital needs, while building and managing rolling financial models and scenario plans. Scale the Finance Engine: Play an integral role in scaling Tixel’s financial systems and processes. Help evolve and optimise how our Finance function operate so the team can move fast.
