Job Overview

Broker Bazaar is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 2–5 years of experience in the Forex industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, client acquisition, sales, and relationship management within the Forex, CFD, or online trading industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring and managing clients and partners, expanding the Introducing Broker (IB) network, and achieving assigned business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Forex and online trading industry.
  • Generate and convert leads into active clients and long-term business relationships.
  • Acquire, onboard, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and other business partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Promote Broker Bazaar's Forex and trading products, platforms, and services effectively.
  • Manage the complete business development and sales cycle, from prospecting to onboarding and relationship management.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, client acquisition, deposit, and trading volume targets.
  • Develop strategies to expand the company's client base and partner network in target markets.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to ensure a smooth client and partner onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, partners, and business activities using CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular business development reports and performance updates for management.
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings, networking events, seminars, and industry exhibitions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Forex market trends, trading products, and industry developments.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition within the Forex, CFD, Brokerage, or Financial Services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Forex markets, trading products, and online trading platforms, preferably MT4/MT5.
  • Experience in acquiring and managing clients, IBs, affiliates, or business partners is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and business development targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and close business deals effectively.
  • Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Strong understanding of client onboarding processes and basic knowledge of KYC/AML requirements.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or other regional languages will be an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
