Te Papa Manaaki | Campus Care provides early intervention, wellbeing, and personal support for students and staff who have concerns about a student’s safety, wellbeing, or behaviour. As a Case Manager, you will assess student needs, develop support plans, and ensure warm transfers to appropriate internal or external specialist services. You will be part of a small, high-performing team committed to supporting students to overcome barriers to success and to navigate the University’s support systems with empathy and professionalism. Key responsibilities include: Triage and manage referrals from staff, students, and other members of the University community. Assess risk and provide professional, timely responses to urgent or complex situations. Develop and manage support plans for students with wellbeing concerns or complex needs. Collaborate with academic, professional, and external support services to coordinate care. Maintain accurate case documentation and prepare reports as required.
