About the Position: The Food Division operates a modern laboratory in Hamilton that is equipped with the latest in analytical technology. They’re seeking a Laboratory Technician to support the Dairy team in a 1-year parental leave cover. This hands-on role includes preparing and dispatching samples, maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment. Ideally, you’ll have a science qualification or lab certificate, strong communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to quality, safety, and client service. Experience in a high-throughput lab environment is preferred. This is a 1 year fixed-term position; Monday to Friday 8AM to 4:30PM. Please note hours could flex between 30 – 40 hours per week.
