Support key contract functions by contributing to monthly reporting, audit preparation, asset information submissions, and the assembly of detailed claim evidence and documentation packs. Perform accurate data validation and entry across contract management systems including AWM, JDE, and related platforms to maintain data integrity. Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and operational meetings, capturing minutes and action tracking, managing customer enquiries, and maintaining essential registers such as training, PPE, and incident records.
