REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor’s degree or above with over 10 years of experience in the machinery manufacturing industry and more than 5 years of experience as a production and operations manager
• Has experience in managing multiple factories and collaboration with cross-functional teams and projects
• Possess product knowledge of screw compressors, centrifugal and vacuum pumps
• Proven experience in lean management and process optimisation
• Possess strong project management capabilities and excellent sales support capabilities

• This role will closely partner with SEA country leaders to seek sales leads for RTC business.
• Organize and setup the factory.
• Lead the team and carry out relevant training to meet the factory’s demands in terms of technology, safety, quality, etc.
• Be responsible for the daily operation of the factory, including production, planning, quality, ME, and product application, etc.
• Drive cost optimization, and work together with the logistics and supplier development departments to ensure cost and delivery, meeting customer requirements.Collaborate with Sales teams to jointly explore and promote the business development of the factory.
