Motivate is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee a large team for our service delivery operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in bike sharing operations.

About the Role

• Supervise daily operations to maximize customer experience; ensure all operations are carried out per standards while ensuring productivity and compliance goals are met
• Lead a supervisory team who oversees a field-based team, performing bike fleet rebalancing and asset recovery services
• Oversee scheduling of employees and full cycle employee oversight and engagement
• Follow safe work practices and help to champion a safe working environment
• Create and implement processes to further increase efficiency in obtaining established goals and team management strategies

About You

• You have an undergraduate degree with previous experience successfully managing a people-centric operation; fleet management, transportation, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred
• You are an experienced manager who leads by example and understands how to best motivate and encourage your team, while completing all managerial activities
• You are a self-starter, with the ability to multi-task, follow-through, think critically, and apply analytical problem solving with a high degree of judgment
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills with a wide range of audiences
• You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Slack, Tableau, and other data, planning & communications software
• You have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
