Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR functions, foster a positive workplace, and ensure compliance. This is an onsite-only position with significant opportunities to impact the organization. This is a hands-on, stand-alone position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
5+ years of HR-specific experience; Bamboo experience preferred.
Proven expertise in employee relations and HR compliance.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and FMLA.
Ability to commute between Augusta and North Augusta offices as needed
Understanding of Department of Labor (DOL) regulations and guidelines
