REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 6+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, and integrations.
  • Extensive experience in custom UI development using LWC.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Lead Developer with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in custom UI development using LWC, strong backend development skills in Apex, and the ability to build scalable integrations with external systems. Experience in Service Cloud and knowledge of the financial services or insurance domain is highly preferred. This role requires strong technical design skills, hands-on coding, and a solid understanding of authentication, security, and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the design and development of custom UIs using Lightning Web Components (LWC) aligned with Salesforce Lightning Design System.
  • Develop scalable Apex classes, triggers, and integration logic for complex business requirements.
  • Build LWCs powered by real-time and on-demand external data using callouts, named credentials, and asynchronous processing.
  • Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, and event-driven approaches.
  • Apply best practices in authentication mechanisms (Named Credentials, Connected Apps, JWT, OAuth).
  • Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and stakeholders to define and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and security of Salesforce applications.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and development standards.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend adoption of relevant features.
