The Hardware Continuous Integration Infrastructure (CII) team at Block is an ensemble of hybrid systems and automation engineers. The Hardware CII team is pivotal to the design and management of our expansive continuous infrastructure. Our Devops Engineers are dedicated to meticulously building systems with a focus on boosting developer productivity, enhancing system performance and reliability.
Our Hardware CII (Continuous Integration Infrastructure) team has a major impact on Block Hardware, through building and operating our on-prem data centers and cloud infrastructure along with optimizing mission-critical internal applications. We’re looking for a contributor to the development and maintenance of infrastructure via software tooling and automation. This role will assist in level 1 on-call, triage, and debugging of our various tools and services. In addition, you will assist other engineers in development, testing, and roll out of high-profile features and other updates across our various organizations. We’re looking for engineers with strong technical skills and customer-oriented mindset who want to be a part of developing, maintaining, and scaling this infrastructure via software tooling and automation.
