My client based in Westmeath is seeking a Data Analyst to join an established and expanding data team. This is a perm role. The position will focus on using data to answer key business questions, improve performance and support better commercial and operational decisions. You'll work with a broad range of datasets and collaborate with teams across data, technology and the wider business.
The role offers plenty of scope to go beyond standard reporting, with an emphasis on investigating data, spotting patterns and providing recommendations that can make a measurable difference. You'll take ownership of analytical requirements from initial investigation through to presenting findings and recommendations.
You'll be comfortable taking ownership of your workload and working through analytical problems with limited supervision. You'll have the curiosity to dig deeper into the data rather than simply producing reports based on predefined requirements.You'll also need strong stakeholder skills. The role involves working with people across technical and business functions, so being able to explain analytical concepts and recommendations clearly is essential.
