Overview We are currently accepting applications and resumes for the position of Maintenance Supervisor for our Tillamook Division. This position's primary function is to lead the Maintenance Department. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for guiding the maintenance crew, ensuring safe and reliable mill operations, and partnering closely with production and leadership teams. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a key role in balancing planning, scheduling, and execution of maintenance activities while building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Success in this role means being visible in the plant, approachable to employees, and proactive in addressing equipment issues before they become problems. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical knowledge, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities—including maintenance team members, production leads, subcontractors, and vendors.
