The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of ensuring timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while providing exceptional customer service to our wide array of existing customers in the market. The candidate should be enthusiastic and passionate about customer interaction as well as possess the ability to coordinate with other departments in the branch to respond timely and effectively to growing customer needs. Job Description Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow meeting customer expectations Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system, per Operational Performance Standards (OPS) Track and Trace Shipment Files daily Scan and validate documents Ensure documents are received and processed timely to keep cargo moving Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing, within Expeditors and customer requirements Interact with our customers in arranging their domestic or international shipments, meeting customer service standards and performance measurements Communicate with service providers regularly to ensure timely pickup and delivery of shipments Understand departmental process flows, and contribute to best practice opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity Ensure all customers standard operating procedures in place and updated in the DLSOPs. Review and update regularly Meet KPI standards in accordance with the Company’s procedures Timely responses to emails and voicemails to exceed customer expectations and satisfaction Escalation of problems to Management when necessary Qualifications Minimum High School diploma required.
