POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Framing & Drywall Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading crews on commercial construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts on fast-paced jobsites.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in framing and drywall leadership or supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and safety requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schedules.
• Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing and able to travel locally and regionally as projects require.
• OSHA certification or other safety credentials preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

• Supervise framing and drywall crews on commercial projects.
• Coordinate daily site activities, scheduling, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with all jobsite safety protocols and company standards.
• Manage material deliveries, inventory, and site organization.
• Maintain communication with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Oversee quality control and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications.
• Provide hands-on training and support to crew members as needed.
• Document daily progress, workforce hours, and project milestones.
