We now have an opportunity for an Administrator / Receptionist to join our Dyfodol Team based in Bridgend. The Dyfodol service supports those in criminal justice services who have experienced issues with substance misuse.
Working front of house in reception requires someone confident, authoritative, caring and able to show support to vulnerable people in our service, showing dignity and respect. Reception duties include handling telephone calls, welcoming visitors and dealing with them promptly and courteously.
We are looking for an organised and self-motivated individual to provide an efficient and professional administration service for our Dyfodol service. You will maintain and update data as required, in a timely and accurate manner and produce information for reports as required by managers and relevant others
Some of the Key Responsibilities are:
You will be an engaging, hardworking individual with a good sense of humour, who shares our ethics and values and is eager to support. A proven professional with professionalism and integrity, you will play an integral part to the success of the service.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Administrator and therefore must be able to demonstrate the ability to work to tight deadlines, have a keen eye for detail, have the ability to prioritise workload. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as working proactively and using your own initiative. It is key that you are flexible and adaptable to deal with ever-changing scenarios and able to remain calm under pressure. The role requires an individual with excellent IT skills and a good understanding of data protection and GDPR requirements.
You must hold a full driving licence and have access to your own transport.
