This role is the operational backbone of marketing execution, responsible for ensuring campaigns are planned, built, launched, and optimized with precision. You will manage 12 brands (supported by a 2-headcount structure), bringing structure, consistency, and performance discipline to all marketing initiatives. You will work closely with leadership, design, and cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is compelling, campaigns are executed flawlessly, and timelines are consistently met. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in complex environments, excels in campaign planning, and can operate 6–8 weeks ahead of schedule.
