This role will play a critical part in managing, executing, and tracking our marketing programs that drive sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Job Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day execution and tracking of our marketing programs. Own the contractor signup process by partnering with internal teams, ensuring compliance, and swiftly resolving any obstacles. Lead continuous training efforts to maximize understanding and execution of marketing programs. Monitor and report on program performance metrics and KPIs. Ensure monthly sales figures for all growth programs are entered promptly and accurately. Work cross-functionally with sales, pricing, product, and supply teams to support and advance program initiatives. Provide general administrative support including but not limited to sales reporting, marketing analytics, program signup entry, and maintaining organized records.
