About the Role


Our client is looking for a hands-on, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our client's marketing efforts and help generate new business.


This is a B2B industrial marketing role focused on building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, supporting our sales team, and increasing revenue. The ideal candidate is both strategic and willing to roll up their sleeves and execute.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute our client's marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.
  • Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, email campaigns, LinkedIn, SEO, Google Ads, and targeted account-based marketing.
  • Manage and continuously improve the website.
  • Create and coordinate marketing content including case studies, articles, brochures, presentations, and social media.
  • Develop marketing campaigns targeting industries such as Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Mining, Chemical Processing, Water & Wastewater, and Pulp & Paper.
  • Work closely with Sales to develop campaigns, prospecting tools, and sales-support materials.
  • Manage trade shows, events, and promotional activities.
  • Manage external marketing agencies, designers, developers, and other vendors as required.
  • Track marketing performance, leads, campaigns, website activity, and ROI.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing use of Vibrant Power’s CRM and marketing technology.
  • Maintain a consistent and professional brand across all channels.
