OBJECTIFS DU POSTE : Au sein d’une équipe de 6 personnes, vous effectuez les paiements bancaires, suivez les versements reçus et contribuez à la clôture comptable, au respect des standards de l’organisation ainsi qu’au cadre réglementaire du pays. Votre rôle permet d’assurer la liquidité quotidienne de l’organisation et de maîtriser les risques de trésorerie. Afin d’atteindre cet objectif, vous : Mission 1 : Responsable des paiements • Après contrôle des informations bancaires et de la cohérence de la demande par rapport aux besoins, vous réalisez les opérations de transfert d’argent • Vous transmettez les ordres de virement aux Signataires de Trésorerie et mettez à disposition la documentation afférente. • Vous vérifiez la bonne affectation des paiements bancaires automatisés dans le Système d’Information Trésorerie. • Vous instruisez les anomalies de paiement et les demandes d’information des banques jusqu’à pouvoir effectuer le paiement ou le transfert de fonds. • Vous préparez les chèques et la documentation afférente et les soumettez aux Trésoriers siège. • Vous créez, mettez à jour et contrôlez les coordonnées bancaires des tiers dans le SIT. Mission 2 : Vous tenez la comptabilité et participez aux travaux de clôture liés à la trésorerie • Vous saisissez quotidiennement les opérations d’encaissements et de décaissements dans le SI comptable. • Vous effectuez le rapprochement entre la base de données donateur et les données du Système d’Information Comptable (SIC) et, en cas d’écart, vous travaillez avec le service donateur pour identifier l’erreur, la corriger ou la justifier. • Vous mettez quotidiennement à disposition les avis de versement aux différents services. • Vous mettez à jour et à disposition des Contrôleurs de Gestion des Financements (CGF) le tableau des versements non identifiés et vous les relancez si les informations ne sont pas communiquées. • Vous effectuez mensuellement le rapprochement des soldes des comptes bancaires avec les soldes des journaux dans le SIC et, en cas d’écarts, vous identifiez l’origine pour les justifier. • Vous réévaluez les soldes des comptes bancaires et des caisses en devises. • Vous contrôlez les comptes d’attente et relancez les demandes de pièces justificatives pour pouvoir les épurer. • Vous transmettez les justificatifs comptables et de trésorerie aux auditeurs. Mission 3 : Gestion de la trésorerie • Vous établissez quotidiennement la position de la trésorerie sur votre périmètre, mettez à jour le prévisionnel et alertez le/la Trésorier(ière) Siège sur les besoins de liquidité. • Vous contribuez aux différents chantiers qui impactent votre service et à l’évolution des outils et procédures de trésorerie. • Vous êtes responsable du traitement des mails reçus sur les boîtes mail génériques. • Vous participez à la formation de vos pairs. • Vous sollicitez les établissements bancaires ou les autres services pour obtenir les documents justificatifs. • Vous pouvez être amené(e) à assurer temporairement le remplacement d’un(e) autre Chargé(e) de Trésorerie. • Vous êtes le premier interlocuteur des Contrôleurs Financiers sur les questions de trésorerie. Mission 4 : Participation à l’animation du métier Expérience professionnelle de 4 ans minimum au sein d’un pôle trésorerie dans un environnement international, en tant que chargé de trésorerie expérimenté. Une expérience en ONG est un atout majeur. Maîtrise des logiciels bureautiques courants, avec un niveau avancé sur Excel. Connaissance du S.I. Navision est un plus. Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion de trésorerie (type Sage, Reuters, Kyriba). Bonnes connaissances en gestion de trésorerie et fonctionnement du réseau bancaire international. Compréhension des données comptables et de la gestion comptable des opérations bancaires et de trésorerie.
