SHIFT & HOURS: Full-time days, M-F, 8am-4:30pm DUTIES: This position would oversee the daily operations of the Patient Access Department, ensuring smooth and efficient registration, scheduling, insurance verification workflows, and billing processes. Ensures compliance with Burnett Medical Center's policies, CMS regulations, and best practices in patient access services. Ensures quality control and customer service excellence.
