We are looking for
RECEPTIONIST to join our service team in Otaniemi, Espoo
The position is permanent and full-time (37,5 hours/week). Shifts take place on weekdays, typically from 8 am to 4 pm. You will be working at our customer’s office in Espoo, Otaniemi, and have an important role in creating a good atmosphere and ensuring our customers’ workdays and meetings run smoothly.
As a member of our small service team, your main tasks include welcoming guests and taking care of the meeting room and catering arrangements.

What are we looking for?
For this position, you need to have a strong customer service mindset and a proactive attitude towards work. Previous customer service experience is a must. Experience in reception and/or catering services is seen as a plus. We require fluency in English; proficiency in Finnish is an advantage.
