This role supports a critical access hospital where nurses provide full-spectrum OB care including labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care in a low-volume, high-responsibility setting. POSITION OVERVIEW This assignment is ideal for LDRP nurses who are confident working independently in a smaller facility, managing all aspects of OB care, and stepping in to support additional duties when patient census is low. ASSIGNMENT DETAILS • 13-week contract • Night shift 3x12s (19:00–07:00) • Patient ratios 1:1 to 6:1 depending on census :contentReference[oaicite:0]index=0 • Average daily census: 2 patients • 3-room LDRP unit within 22-bed critical access hospital • Weekend requirement: every other • Floating required within OB scope and limited support tasks • 1 position available COMPENSATION Because travel rates change frequently based on market demand and facility needs, our recruiters provide the most current and competitive pay packages during your initial conversation.
