SAIC is currently seeking a Exercise Event Support Planner located at Camp Smith in Hawaii to support the USINDOPACOM J73 with event support and executive administrative support to the J73 Branch Chief. JOB DESCRIPTION: · Ensure unified action within USINDOPACOM J73 and with supporting organizations to support efficient execution of JELC events. This includes event registration, event logistics coordination, and IM/KM support. · Support the USINDOPACOM J73 Branch Chief by maintaining event calendars, personnel trackers, facilitating IM/KM requirements for meetings, submitting inputs to exercise spend plan and support requirements. · Ensure coordination with staff and other organizations to support events with proper personnel, equipment, and clearance to achieve objectives. · Maintain associated J73 exercise information data sites and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs). · Support production of exercise orders or directives to facilitate guidance for exercise planning events. · Leverage appropriate tools in support of the JELC planning events such as Task Management System (TMS), Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS), Joint Training Tool (JTT) and other related databases or systems. · International travel up to 10%25 of the year may be required to support the planning and execution of designated exercises. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: · Bachelors and six (6) years’ of relevant experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree. · Experience in planning and managing complex tasks under tight time constraints. · Experience with Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) and associated requirements to plan and execute Field Training Exercises (FTX) desired. · Experience with IM/KM tools such as VTC, GVS, Sharepoint, Teams, TMS, JTT desired. REQUIRED CLEARANCE: · Must have an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance. · Must be a current US Citizen.
