Education and Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing middleware technologies and enterprise integration frameworks. In this critical role, you will lead the management, design, implementation, and optimization of middleware platforms that enable application integration, scalability, and reliable communication across the enterprise. Experience with large-scale middleware environments (100+ integrations) in high-availability enterprise systems. Strong expertise in middleware platforms such as: WebLogic, JBoss EAP, Tomcat, Apache Kafka, IBM WebSphere. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Certifications in middleware platforms, such as: Oracle WebLogic, JBoss EAP Administration and WebSphere among others. Proficiency in middleware scripting and automation. Solid understanding of APIs, REST, and SOAP web services and their middleware integrations.
