About the role:We are currently accepting applications for an experienced Warehouse Leading hand at our Wilpinjong mine. Our Wilpinjong mine is an open-cut mine located 50 kilometres northeast of Mudgee producing a high quality thermal coal for export and domestic markets. In this role you will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and inventory to deliver adequate supply of parts to the maintenance and operations team. Duties will include: In support of the Warehouse Supervisor, provide ongoing leadership and mentoring to the Warehouse team. Day to Day running of the CHPP Warehouse; and Support of their Maintenance Team. Routine management of cycle count program to ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained and SOX compliance is achieved. Routine management of Rotable and Repairable materials to ensure optimal stock availability. Perform core function associated with routine running of the warehouse as required; e.g. Receipt, Dispatch, Reservation Management etc Cultivate positive relationships through effective communication and provide constructive feedback to peers on a regular basis. Acting Supervisor duties as required. The lifestyle: This position is offered on a Monday to Friday 6.00am to 4pm roster and can allow for a residential lifestyle in nearby Mudgee district.
