Your Role as Advisor – Work Health & Safety In this role you will provide expert, practical WHS advice across the organisation, supporting high‑quality service delivery and effective injury management. Working at a whole‑of‑organisation level, you’ll partner closely with service leaders and multidisciplinary teams to identify, assess and manage WHS risks across a wide range of care and support settings. Your work will directly contribute to safer workplaces and stronger outcomes for staff, clients and visitors. This diverse role supports residential aged care, community services, disability and mental health programs, as well as our corporate functions. You will help ensure regulatory compliance across varied, complex and sometimes high‑risk environments, applying evidence‑based practices to design, implement and monitor WHS systems, frameworks and initiatives.
