JOB SUMMARY:

Milia Cosmetics is looking for passionate and customer-focused Indoor Salespeople to join our team across various showrooms in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have experience in cosmetics, skincare, or retail sales, with strong communication and sales skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in cosmetics, beauty, skincare, or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Presentable, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing beauty products based on their needs.
• Provide product demonstrations and recommendations to enhance customer experience.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue.
• Maintain product displays, stock levels, and showroom cleanliness.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Process transactions and manage cash/card payments efficiently.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and product knowledge.
