The part you will play We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Executive to manage and grow our affiliate marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on TikTok Shop campaigns. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or e-commerce, particularly in TikTok Shop live selling, campaigns, and performance optimization. You will be responsible for building relationships with affiliates, optimizing performance, and ensuring campaigns meet KPIs while aligning with the brand's marketing objectives. As an Affiliate Executive, you will take charge of Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, primarily on TikTok Shop, from recruitment to campaign execution. Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliates, creators, and live streamers to promote brand products. Coordinate with content creators to ensure brand messaging and visuals are aligned with campaign goals. Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to track ROI and sales growth. Negotiate commission structures and special incentives to maximize affiliate engagement. Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to develop strategies that drive traffic and conversions. Stay updated on TikTok Shop trends, algorithm changes, and competitive landscape to keep campaigns optimized. Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns for e-commerce sales events (e.g., 8.8, 9.9, 11.11). Ensure all affiliate activities comply with brand guidelines and platform policies. Explore and test new affiliate platforms and marketing opportunities for expansion.
