JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Software Support & Implementation Analyst to join our growing team. This role will be primarily responsible for running software demos with prospective clients and act as the primary point of contact for new customers during the onboarding and implementation phase.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for client-facing interactions, software usability, and a collaborative mindset to work alongside development and sales teams. We’re looking for someone who can bridge the gap between our technical team and our clients — someone who can quickly grasp complex features and explain them clearly and confidently to non-technical users.
