Reporting to the ICT Business Analysis Team Leader, we are seeking an ICT Senior Business Analyst who can bring their skills and experience to:

• Act as a strategic liaison between ICT and stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions, systems, and services, and to conduct in-depth investigations to understand business processes, practices, and technology needs with Council stakeholders.
• Employ advanced business and systems analysis methods, tools, and techniques, selecting from predictive (plan-driven) or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches as appropriate.Support Solution Architects and Technical Leads in assessing the current technology ecosystem, designing, and developing new digital solutions, and integrating software and hardware to fit the existing enterprise environment to address the current and future requirements of the Council; analysis of their impact on the overall Council goals and outcomes (technological and organisational
