  • Laufende steuerliche Betreuung von unseren inländischen Immobiliengesellschaften
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen aus ertrags-, bilanz- und umsatzsteuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen aus dem operativen Bereich der ALDI Immobilienverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG
  • Unterstützung bei den Jahresabschlusstätigkeiten durch Überwachung von steuerlichen Vorgaben, Erstellung von Sonder- und Ergänzungsbilanzen sowie Berechnung von Steuerrückstellungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Implementierung des Tax CMS
  • Unterstützung bei der Automatisierung steuerlicher Prozesse
  • Überwachung der Gesetzgebung sowie Rechtsprechung im Bereich der Real Estate und Analyse der Auswirkungen und mögliche Umsetzungen für das Segment Real Estate
