As the In-Store Visual Merchandiser, your mission is to create an engaging shopping experience for our consumers that also drives store success and profitability. You will inspire customers to engage with our brand and product by creating visually captivating merchandise displays, making customer-driven decisions, executing visual merchandise directives, and ensuring exceptional store presentation. You will support the Store Manager to coach and mentor the team to uphold high visual standards, in line with our company vision.
