Come build a better future, one funding arrangement at a time.    About the role    We’re seeking a Senior Finance Officer that will lead the financial administration of the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA) and other funding programs that support local, regional, and state-level recovery initiatives.     This role goes beyond traditional accounting functions. You will play a key role in the end-to-end management of grant payments, including high-volume claims processing, financial assurance, and reporting across complex funding programs. You will help design and maintain robust, compliant, and efficient grant payment systems, while supporting councils and stakeholders to navigate funding requirements effectively.    You will also provide leadership and guidance to team members, contribute to impact assurance activities, and drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and controls to ensure disaster recovery funding is delivered transparently, efficiently, and equitably.      About You     You are a well-rounded finance and grants professional who combines strong financial discipline with practical experience in grants administration and stakeholder engagement.
