Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, delivering actionable insights and recommendations. Support finance automation projects and streamline reporting processes. Track and report on strategic growth and productivity initiatives. Lead financial modelling and business cases for operational and M&A activities. Analyse market trends, competitive positioning, and forecast financial performance. Drive mid-to-long term planning and LEAN budgeting processes. Present financial results and strategic insights to senior stakeholders. Continue to transform finance operations from controlling to business partnering.
