With a menu inspired by seasonality and fresh, high-quality ingredients, Farra offers a dynamic environment where creativity, collaboration, and culinary excellence come together. Reporting into the Venue Manager, step into the spotlight as Restaurant Manager at HYDE Perth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the driving force behind our restaurant operations - balancing the numbers with the vibes, leading a passionate team, and ensuring every guest has an unforgettable dining experience. Main Functions Lead, inspire, and motivate a high-performing team that lives and breathes HYDE values. Lead daily operations across the restaurant and bars in collaboration with the Bar Manager to ensure smooth operations and delivery of highest guest experience. Ensuring full and up to date compliance, from liquor licensing to health safety standards. Prepare and submit required reports on time, including POS reconciliation, payroll, inventory, revenue, team member schedules, and action plans. Qualifications 5+ years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or supervisory level in a high-energy restaurant. Hotel restaurant experience is a plus. Previous experience being part of a pre-opening team in a restaurant is advantageous. Natural people leader with warmth, empathy, and confidence. Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills and able to think on your feet.. Strong communication and teamwork skills to partner effectively across departments.
