Please note that weekend availability is required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Open availability to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude and the ability to follow directions.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
• Reliable and punctual, with dependable transportation.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Comfortable using or willing to learn restaurant software (POS systems).

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience in customer service or food handling is a plus but not required.

• Greet and assist customers picking up take-out orders, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
• Accurately take and process orders, addressing customer inquiries, and offering recommendations.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring smooth check-out experiences.
• Prepare and package orders for take-out, ensuring quality, accuracy, and presentation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and server teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized take-out area, including regular cleaning and replenishing supplies.
• Complete other tasks as assigned to support restaurant operations.
