THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Four Seasons, Washington D.C., is currently looking for a Sous Chef to join its culinary team. The Sous Chef will suppor t the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in the day to day op eration of the Restaurant and Banquet Kitchen. The Sous Chef will assist in overseeing all Kitchen operations, including training, quality controls inspection, food safety assurance, and supervising all kitchen personnel in order to ensure the highest standards of food quality.
Who We Look For :

Ideal candidates will have at least four years of experience in a high volume kitchen. Ability to irregular hours, weekends, and evenings.
