Create dynamic, creative offerings for celebrations, social gatherings, corporate off-site events, and lifestyle experiences. Participate in annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and revenue planning for Meetings & Events and Catering segments. Focus on MICE & Outside catering. Develop and implement strategies where key sales metrics, pipelines, and performance indicators are identified, tracked, and optimized. Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of sales activities, leads, conversions, and market performance. Review business performance and provide recommendations that support financial growth and commercial success. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, anticipate customer requirements, and refine offerings. Understand market dynamics—competitor strengths/weaknesses, supply & demand, and economic trends - to position the hotel competitively. Close the best opportunities for the hotel based on market conditions, guest needs, and commercial priorities. Gain deep understanding of target customer segments and tailor solutions to meet business objectives, event needs, and service expectations.
