As a Guest Service Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. Manage all activities relevant to the Front Desk such as the reception, check in / out, cashiering, foreign exchange and assisting guest with inquiries. • Welcomes guests and takes care of them from their arrival through to departure • Maintain cashier float and ensure accurate daily report of all money received • Contributes to guests' permanent satisfaction by providing high quality services throughout their stay • Helps meet the department's quantitative targets through his/her sales efforts • Helps encourage guest loyalty by developing friendly, personalized relationships • Ensures that administrative procedures never take priority over guest relations • Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration • Deals swiftly, efficiently and sensitively to guest complaints and follows through • Ensure front desk work area is kept clean and in an orderly state at all time. Qualifications Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset. Prior experience working with Opera or a related system. Fluency in English ; additional languages are a plus. Bachelors or diplomas/certifications are required. Relevant experience is a must with in Hotel industry.
