FULL-TIME (30+ HOURS)

Shifts are 6:45am-3:00pm and 3:00pm-11:00pm.
We are looking for a Receptionist at the Radstone Hotel. The role itself is the first point of contact for guests arriving to the hotel so ensuring they receive a a warm welcome is key. You will also be tasked with checking guests in and out, using our booking system effectively, up-selling and answering any guests queries face to face or over the phone.
Part of the award-winning, family-owned RAD Hotel Group, the Radstone Hotel is a renowned destination wedding and events venue with views over the Lanarkshire countryside. Responsibilities
  • Greeting and assisting guests at reception, ensuring a welcome atmosphere
  • Answering the phone to prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them
  • Managing the hotel booking system, checking guests in and out, taking payments
  • Working in collaboration with other departments and managers to ensure efficiency and a seamless experience for guests
