We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our fantastic team at Thorpe Park.
You will be supporting the team producing and presenting food across the site. Your main focus will be to cater for our hotel guests in one of our main restaurants.
Aramark provides world-class contract catering services to our extensive list of clients across the UK, including Defence and Judicial, Sports & Leisure, Private Industry and Education. We are very lucky to have some of the best culinary and catering talent that the UK has to offer working within our teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Preparing and cooking delicious food for our hotel guests
• Having full knowledge of all menu items served
• Monitoring portion and wastage control to maintain profit margins
• Completing daily paperwork to cover due diligence
• Work collaboratively with the other Chefs regarding the maintenance of food levels , food quality and brand standards
• Management of production and food levels to ensure minimal wastage
• Maintaining high food hygiene and health and safety standards
• Working with the other chefs to make sure all shift opening and closing checklists are completed

You will be working on a seasonal contract until November 2025. The hourly rate for this role is £13.50.
